WHAT YOU MAY FEEL:

You may feel deeply relaxed. Your breathing pattern may change. Your body may feel heavy, sinking into your bed/chair, or it may feel light with a floating sensation. You may experience twitching or involuntary movements. You may see colors, visions, or hear intuitive messages.

You can set and intention to what you would like to release or if anything starts coming up while I am providing it, you can say in your head that you are releasing it. Many feel waves of energy leaving their bodies and a lightness. Many also have an emotional release and allow tears to fall. Each person will received exactly what they need from it!

Time doesn’t matter, you will receive the powerful effects of the healing at whatever time you receive it! You can even be sleeping and your body will receive it because it is all energetic.
